Pilates MIX

A core strengthening Mat based class, works on activating deep abdominal  (core) muscles.
Special moves, breathing techniques and stretching helps to improve posture, flexibility, breathing control and release stress without stressing your joints.

Strengthening the abdominal muscles will alleviate stress on the lower back.
Pilates will reduce pain and stiffness.
It builds muscles strength, endurance and well-being.

Mixed level is for everybody, exercises are adapted and taking up level slowly, so you can choose how hard you want to work.

Suitable for all ages, sizes and levels of fitness.

Move-Tone-Stretch

This session starts with specially chosen exercises to warm up your body. Following with Pilates based work out to strengthen your tummy, butt, legs and arms.
At the end of exercise we stretch to the take away tension in muscles.
This exercise targets all the weak areas of your body, gets rid of wobbliness but also helps with your posture and changes the way you look and feel.
Energetic music will help you to do that "one more repetition" whilst instructor nonstop guide keeps you at the right track.
Move-Tone-Stretch is very effective in weight lose program and if you add one or two classes Zumba per week, you lose the weight and keep your body look firmed.
