WHAT IS ZUMBA?
Zumba makes you happy, you forget stress and all about things that bother you :o)
The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away.
The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got a Zumba® class!
This Latin dance workout was created by Colombian fitness and aerobic instructor Beto Perez.

Different instructor teach their Zumba classes different way, some do more hip-hop, some are based on aerobic, it's the instructor "taste" how she/he runs the class.
My Zumba classes are based on dance with of course some fitness movements to get nice body shape.
You will go trough Cha-Cha-Cha, Meregue, Calypso, Belly dance, Can-Can, Jive, Rock 'n Roll, Country, Samba, Rumba, Salsa and many many more.
As many times you come as better you get, as Latin dance builds "muscle memory" .

WHO IS ZUMBA fitness FOR?

For everybody age 16 and above. Any gender, body shape or fitness level.
(please seek doctor advise if you have  specific problems)
NOTE:
For morning classes you can bring your child between 3 and 12 years for free. If you want to bring anyone 12 to 16 year old you pay just half price for them (£2.50)
!!!! children under 16 CANNOT come on their own!!!!

WHAT IS THE BENEFIT OF ZUMBA?

Whilst having fun, you can burn with Zumba 600-1000kcal per session. So you getting slimmer and not just that but you build up your heart rate, cardio and firmer body.

WHAT TO WEAR?

Wear comfortable trousers/gym pants, light top and for women sport bra (advisable).
Gym shoes/trainers or sneakers will do.
You can also buy special Zumba clothes on-line. Which are designed for all of us to enjoy the class even more.

Bring a great attitude and bottle of water with you.... and a SMILE.
