About me:
I had problems with my back (scoliosis) since I was small girl. I used to have headaches, stiffness in my neck and most of all severe pain in my lower back.
Nevertheless, I always did some sport - basketball, dance, a little bit gymnastic and ballet, skiing, skating and rollerblading, callanetic....the last did make me feel better but the pain and discomfort was on and off.
When I came to England, I found a Pilates class and I loved it from the first moment.
My neck stiffness disappeared, I get back pain very rarely, but now I know how to fight it. Never had headaches caused by my bad back anymore. And people don't believe I have scoliosis either.
Thereby I decided to become Pilates and Fitness instructor as I believe it did completely change my life and I would like to spread Pilates to help others.
Recently I felt in love with Zumba, though hate aerobic (can't stand and remember the choreography....)
Zumba is something completely different, you feel blast, free to express yourself, to unwind.

Feels like party every time again and again, never had such an experience in fitness before.
You don't feel to work out, you don't have to push yourself to go to class....
YOU LOVE IT, WANT TO DO IT AND CANNOT WAIT FOR NEXT CLASS
My goal is to bring more people to this funny and easy way to keep fit. It matches perfectly either with Pilates or Perfect Body class.
Zumba is BLAST - you loose the weight and inches.
Move-Tone-Stretch is for STRENGHT and nice body shape.
Pilates is FLEXIBILITY, CORE STABILITY and RELAXATION.
Whatever you do, you feel satisfied, healthy and happy :o))
